I have visited this site several times but have not bothered to post previously as I live "over the pond" but I have been a Evo owner for many years and post regularly on the Mitsubishi Lancer Register site. A few months ago I noticed some nice looking aluminium machined radiator brackets advertised by Street Tuned Motorsports from Rochester. I paid the money by Pay Pal and three months later I'm still waiting for the parts and the company do not reply to my emails. I was wondering if you guys can throw some light on what is going on, the customer service from this company appears to be very poor and I certainly will not be recommending them to any other UK Evo owners. Previously I have had very good deals from your traders, I have bought several products from No Limits and MA Performance that have been delivered in quick time and kept good communication, however Street Tuned Motorsports seem to accept the money and not supply the goods even though the advert for the product is still on the website. Can somebody tell me what is going on with this company?

did you try calling them before opening up a bash thread in the wrong section? e-mails aren't the best way to communicate with busy companies.

They are legit, I've bought a lot of good parts from them and never had any issues.

they said in a thread they have been back ordered from their supplier and they have recently "temporarily" relocated their shop while a new shop is being built

I'd suggest calling them and asking for emery or tim

emails are definitely not the best way

I do not feel this thread is warranted when a simple phone call would be a better step...you did not handle this per the rule sin the review section and it's in the completely wrong situation
