You are correct it is a 14 gallon tank. My best was 315 , no boost, conservative tune. worst was 95, boosted the hell out of it.

I did once 390 miles on stock car with no boost at all, driving on highway ONLY and doing no more than 65mph. My average was 180 with spoiler and 200 without it.

If that's the goal, why not buy a used Civic that gets better fuel economy, is much less expensive to run and insure, and whose performance betters an Evo driven in such a manner?

I've gotten 332 before filling up one time ... that was on 93 and cruising over some pretty flat terrain all on the highway. I was also using the "lean cruise" mod running around 16.5:1 AFRs.

Now, on E85 I average about 190/tank and get down to around 160/tank if it's an autocross weekend. I drive pretty conservative mostly, but it's all in traffic.

My tank is magical ... I was a bit below "E" when I filled up this time and did not run out of fuel. I dared not boost it this low though.

It's E85 ... not 93. That's why I had to run it so low ... the E85 station was like 18 miles from a doctors appointment I was at. lol.

my best was in the 310-320 mile range cruising at 60 instead of 65 and my worst is about 100 miles. typical average is between 16-22 depending on how many stoplights and stop signs there are

328 total running on fumes. Usually drive all freeway around 88 mph boosting as needed to stay in lead - normally with AC on. Just a reflash, all synthetic oil/lubes and 110k miles on car. If I dip below 24 mpg I wonder whats up.
