So I had my cooling system flushed and thermostat replaced and now the car isn't boosting. It will rev all the way to redline if done slowly but once a tad bit of boost starts it just stalls out. Could something not been put back together correctly? What should i look for. Thanks for your help..

 

Check that your MAF is plugged in and do a boost leak test.

One of these two things IS your problem.

 

a intercooler pipe might have came loose. check your pipes and try tightening your clamps.

 

^^ This sounds like your problem. Expecially if the car runs a little rocky when not boosting..

 

my LICP used to pop off the IC all the time, sounds like the same problem.... get tbolts

 

I'd say your IC pipes as well, I've had similar problems on my GST when it's silicone coupler tore.

 

yesterday my lower ICP blew off and I almost $**t my pants because it sounded like i blew my motor, and my car wouldnt rev past 1500
