NEED HELP!!! Ignition Problem Built CAR

Alright guys ive been having a issue lately with my car and im trying to reach out for help. This message will be long since i will try and give all details.

The issue im having is once the car reach's full spool (25psi) my car being to break up heavily. Now I have a completely fully built 2.1L 10:1 motor with all the bell's and whistles. Currently the car is only on a base map and once the issue is fixed we will step up the boost.

When it comes to tunning the car is in good hands.

When i drive the car normally it runs Beautiful.. Very clean and no signs of a ignition problem but ones i try to do a pull it breaks up.
The a/r is right where it should be.

This is a list of items that we tried to figure out the issue

1. Replace Cam Angle Sensor
2. New Spark plugs NGK BPR8es .25 gap
3. Replace my Stock coils with a Dynatek Cdi System (Break up got worse when we added this.
4. Replace my entire engine harness thinking my other one was bad
5. Replace crank sensor
6. Check Timing *Dead on*
7. Check resistance on ignition wires (perfect)
8. Battery volt (13.9) Good
9. Swap Aems and Transfered Tunes (Still there)
10. Boost leak Test (Good)
11. Check the motor of vacumm lines ETc. (Good)
12. Replaced Lifters
13. Leak Down and Compression Test to Motor (All good)

STILL NOTHING HAS FIXED IT!

Ill give u a Run down of my setup

Built 2.1L 10:1 Motor
Buschur Stage 3 head
AWd FWD FAcing 6262 Kit
Map rev 3 intake mani
Boomba TB
Fic 2150cc Injectors
e85 tune
Dynatek Cdi w/ 300m coils
Upper and Lower Piping
Fuel system (Twin 044 Bosch In line Pumps/ Fuel Cell)

Basically a fully built car

NOw i ask what do you guys think it could be.. We tried so many things already and stil the problem hasn't gone away.. To give u a idea the car begins to break up very bad once under load. But If not in boost she runs Perfect.

Also When we swap my dynatek kit to a stock coil packs the break up is not as bad but still there.

Do you guys think my car is losing volts under load? Maybe my alternator cant support the items im using to run my car. Im using a Buschur Small battery kit.

I really would like help guys, ive been trying to dyno my car and we cant figure out whats wrong.

Get some colder plugs and knock the gap down to .22. Spark plugs are cheap and it's worth a shot.

With the Dynatek ECU do you have it set to restriking? What ignition setup is it? It sounds ignition related for sure, I would have narrowed things down to that by now, especially with swapping the engine harness, CAS and all that...

Me and Strictly Modified are Both working on it>> I have the dynatek Arc 2 Cdi Ignition Box together with 300m ingnition coils.. Ill look at the restrike feature. My next step today was to try a different plug at a smaller gap.. Anyone have any ideas on a different plug to run/try?

Also, we even tried on my buddies spoolin up Kit on my car and its still there.

Thats odd.. I have nearly an identical setup to you and i havent had any issues with my ngk bpr8es plugs. Is there a length difference between the bpr8es and the br9 iridiums?! Almost sounds like your spark plugs were too short and not able to supply enough spark.

the electrode on the bpr8es is longer than the br9 plug....i run a bpr8es in my car and havent had any issues with my buschur cop lighting things off
