AC on Car dies

Ok Just had this happen yesterday 3 times.. Was Driving, had people in the car so put the AC on. As I shifted from 1st to 2nd I was coasting in 2nd with the clutch in.. Car died. No jerk or stall just shut off. Happened same way 2 more times. I did notice when i put my car into neutral the RPMs do dip alot. They bounce from like 200 back to idle.

Only Mods are Cams, Upgraded throttle body and tune with DP and exhaust. this has only happened with the AC on.

Any thoughts?

Have your tuner raise your idle rpm. Common issue with upgraded cams.

I will raise the RPM's up a bit. Only happens with AC on so will have to read how to raise this in ECU Flash.

I had GSC s2's in mine and had the idle rpm set to like 1200 to keep that from happening.

you have to watch out with the tune. Because sometimes its not done correctly and you can have a system failure. Like fans stop working so car begins to overheat and not cool correctly.
