Ok I got a new/used 10.5 hotside but the one I got it is the Twin Flapper but its a 10.5 and the one I had on there was a 10.5 Single Flapper but both are 10.5's is there going to be a major Differance in performance.

You mean the post on the flapper where the wastegate turnbuckle attaches to it didn't have a hole? Do you mean it didn't come with a cotter pin?

Yeah on the IX turbo's hotside the knuckle has a hole where a cotter pin Goes in but this one does not.

I would drill a hole in it and use a cotter pin just to be safe. A snap ring might do the job, but I think it would eventually wiggle loose.

I really dont have room to drill a hole and the hole would need to be real small dont have a bit that small.

o2 housing bolts:
http://www.streettunedmotorsports.co...using_bolt.htm

turbo to EM bolts (you can make them all bolts, you dont need the studs. its a lot easier to put it together when its all bolts)
http://www.streettunedmotorsports.co...turbo_bolt.htm

heres washers if you need them
http://www.streettunedmotorsports.co...lt_washers.htm

as far as the studs, check a dealer if you need them

also, for the wastegate, you dont need to drill a hole in it to run a cotter pin. a c-clip will do just fine in the groove
