I am really at a loss here. It has to be one of the following things:

1) Major boost leak
2) blockage somewhere in the exhaust/IC pipes/intake or FMIC itself
3) Boost gauge/controller is shot and not reading correctly.
4) Inefficient/broken turbine. Check for shaft play, etc.
5) Serious motor issues.
6) **** poor tune.

Any smoke under WOT?

are you still running your stock turbo? The 9.8" isn't the best.. but there's no way you should be hitting full boost at that high of rpm, especially with the stocker

Passed the boost leak test no probs
Im thinking the small Injen lower i/c piping or the ETS FMIC may be an issue
turbo has almost no shaft play
all spark plugs look excellent
Tune is right where it should be

interesting. im curious as to what the result might be. do a leak down test. i would say do a compression test but bad compression wouldnt give you this low of number.

as u can see the compression test passes, it passed a boost leak, good plugs, great tune (Criddler even tested his own car to see if the numbers from the virtual dyno were correct, they are) turbo is in great condition.
Smoke @ WOT? what could that mean?

Blue smoke means you are burning oil, white/gray smoke means you are burning coolant, black smoke means you are running rich.

Blue means its most likely an engine issue, unless some blow by oil is finding its way into the intake again. White/Gray is usually caused by turbo issues. It could help you narrow everything down.

Even with an injen LICP and the ETS FMIC unless one of them are severely clogged than you shouldn't see numbers this low. I was on Injen pipes and a crappy Greddy FMIC and still put down ~400 on pump and over 420 on E-85.

Really your only power mods are : intake (sorry to inform you that brand doesn't really amtter here), ported exhaust manifold, 3076r turbo, 3" downpipe, 3"testpipe, 3" HKS hi-power Catback, HKS 272's, Boost turned up to 27 psi..

Since you say your on a "ported exh mani." yet you have a 3076, I'd put money down that your on the ATP kit which is known to be less than a quality performer or using some funky adapter also less than optimal.

For pump gas numbers your power sounds right to me given the above. Your set up is technically making about 400 crank hp which after about a 25% drivetrain loss would be roughly 300 to the wheels, so your 320 number sounds correct. Especially since your running that turbo at such low boost for what it can do.

Cars with similar mods are making similar power on pump here in CA.

a leakdown test is when they pressurize your combustion chamber and check for leaks. with this they can diagnose bent valves, possibly gasket problems. etc
