It depends on supporting mods, but I believe I have read on here people having their stock turbo set to 26/27 psi

ok then. the reason why i asked is that when i tuned my evo at 22 psi, it was going back and forth like 22-20, 20-22 psi.

what MBC are you using?

and are you saying your max boost is 22 and then it tapers back to 20?

Oh and are you on the stock DV?
the plastic DV does not hold boost as well as the JDM metal ones or an aftermarket BOV

Just to make sure...Are you talking about the Forced Performance 18# actuator?

How do you control boost? What boost control device? Is your Evo stock other than the 18# actuator? If not...then what are your other mods?

well at the time when i got my car tuned the mods that i had was a ACT S2 or S3 clutch, Greddy Type RS bov, stock turbo with wga, Buschur 3"fmic, injen ic pipes, 3'' full exhaust system with test pipe, megan exhaust manifold, greddy profec spec II boost controller and thats it. the only things ive doen to car was i got rid of the greddy bov and got me a aps twin bov and had to change out the clutch bc it slipping bad and got my exedy s2 hd clutch.
