Ants in/on my Evo.....

Alright, last Friday I washed my car and parked in the garage. Didn't notice that a dead dragonfly apparently was dislodged from the mesh and fell right under the Evo. Well, fast forward to Sunday and I notice there's ants crawling on/in my car . Now, I let it sit outside for a few days, hoping the California heat would get them to move on (my car is TB and the interior is black), but not too much luck with that plan so far. Is there any way to get them off my car? There's not many of them on the Evo, just about 30 or so, and most of them seem to like it under the hood and/or are running around the gaps between the passenger headlight and the grill. This is a pretty weird problem but I would appreciate any serious responses.

Should mention that I did take multiple buckets of water to where I saw multiple ants and it didn't really do anything.....every time I open a damn door there seems to be an ant or two crawling along the top or on the rubber...

Nope, that's why I parked it outside cause their food (the dead dragonfly) was in the garage and I had to move the car to get rid of other ants on the garage floor.

you have to call billy the exterminator. j/k,

well i would go to car wash where high pressure water can clean under the car, or i would simply lift the car from 1 side on both ends and use high pressure washer...done. I bet theres something more/left there that brings them back. ants are not a problem, spiders inside the car is worse.

Yeah, I was hoping that there wasn't anything that was bringing them back, but after 4 days or so, my hope has kinda dimmed lol. Also, during the day when I leave the car outside, the ants seem to stop crawling outside, but I can't see where they are. In the morning before it gets hot, they return to the front bumper. Maybe they're more interested in shade than food?

they might have started a nest in your car
I would get some of that insect spray they use around houses and spray it AROUND (not on) your car, or maybe put some ant traps down

Tried using ant spray around the car earlier, didn't have any noticeable effect. I'll try to pick up some ant traps though. Hopefully they didn't start a nest

Try using some compressed air w/ a long tube on the end to shove into the little nooks to blast them out if you're concerned there are more in there

Tried using a can of compressed air, but saw no ants anywhere.....not on the top of doors, the roof, or under the hood or by the headlight....
