welded OEM intake mani salvageable?

I need a little help making a decision. My intake manifold that was ported by MAP broke by the EGR, and they told me to send it back so they could repair it. They welded it up and machined the surface that meets the head. Anyway, my car is at CBRD, and they said that there is a large leak between the mani and head, and also between the mani and TB. They said it's probably warped from the welding.

I just wanted to hear opinions on what you guys would do. Do you think it could be machined back into shape or is it hopeless? I either need to get both surfaces of my mani machined again and hope it seals, or I could try to pick up a used one off the marketplace or ebay and get it ported. Anyone got a ported mani for sale?
