I have the same problem with my car. Everything is fine without the ac on but with it on the car dies unless im driving. What mods do you have? I have a mini battery and thought maybe that was to blame for my problem.

Im sure you can rule out the battery as a posibility then. I have a reflash also, maybe that could have something to do with it? Anybody else out there that could help?

Could it possibly be a week alternator? I have an apexi turbo timer and I can watch the voltage drop when I am at an idle with the air on and then it will stall.

I would Check the idle sensor or the choke valve. Does it still raise the rpm to compensate when you put it in gear? it should do the same for the a/c when you turn it on in PARK the engine should rev to about 1200 rpm this is an audible difference then the fans should come on and the compressor should kick in. If not then theres something wrong in the idle control system. like the sensor or the idle control valve.
Or
The compressor could be stiff, could have to much refrigerant, or the unit the corresponds to the idle control is not telling it that the a/c is on...
