Define faster.

A drop in air filter will increase some horsepower which would technically make it faster.

But if you want a much better gain go with a full turbo-back exhaust and get it tuned.

well it all depends on what you want to do with your evo like how much power you want. Ive heard some ppl would take there 9.8cm hotside and upgrade it to an 10.5 hotside. just depends

you can also upgrade your cams to kelford 272 or gsc s2 cams follow by your head studs, springs and retainers. would you guys agree with that and like everyone said a good tune

the plan is to unrestrict the cars a bit and make it a little faster.

Just start with an exhaust and a tune. See how you like it and then go from there.
