Looking to buy a BOV for my 04 evo rs and was wondering which BOV is good for it. My evo is stock. Is a BOV easy to install? Does it have to be tune?

 

get a 9 metal bov. It works perfect, cheap and holds boost well. I would personally get a TBE and a intake first though.

 

the only bovs you should really consider is tial or aps twin vent bov. Both are beast bovs in this industry. you will not need any sort of tune but as stated above you should add a 3" TBE and start modding from there

 

I'm planing on getting a 10.5 hotside since I have the 9.8. Where can I find a good deal on 3 inch TBE?

 

not exactly happy w/ this APS I have... and if ur stock, a BOV is the last thing u need...

 

So what would you recommend? What's the best mod I can do since it's stock.

 

Read up on the stickies on this forum and search on here for mods that work and mods that dont before you go dumping cash on parts that will just make your car run worse than stock.
