So I just bought a walbro fuel pump from a member, when it came in it was just the pump itself.


Is everything pretty much moved over from the stock pump to the aftermarket pump? such as the little white filter looking thing to the wires o rings ect?


I want to know before I start taking everything apart.

extremepsi sells kits for the fuel pumps. would def buy a new one and not reuse

+1 don't mess around with that, buy the kit and you should be fine.

i went to the website because im looking for one too but they do not have the installation kit for the evo

All the way at the bottom, mitsu filter/strainer $26 and a walbro install kit is all you should need.

Had one more question in regards to the walbro fuel pump..I bought a 255lph walbro off a member here supposedly it was new but when It came in it was obviously used before...



Is it safe to just switch the old filter over to the walbro fuel pump?


Also I believe there still is gas inside the walbro when i shake it i can hear liquid...is there anything to be cautious about or is that fine?

I couldn't find it on extrempsi. I just got a fuel pump for a honda off of a sight called high flow. very reasonable prices and appear to flow better then the walboro.

u will be fine! install it and b4 u secure the ring, try the pump and see if it work.
