Please help boost leak and cant figure it out

So i went to put a bigger FMIC and lower and upper intercooler piping along with a mini battery.

So i install every thing and i drive the car and i notice a boost leak. So i go home check the clamps long story short. Nothing is wrong with the clamps.

I turn the car back to stock hopeing it will fix the problem and its still there.

Now i searched and i saw something about the air box not sitting in properly causing boost creep but this doesnt make sense to me.

The car drives fine until 6000 RPM then i lose power and i can hear a hiss from a boost leak.

any help?

All the pipes and couplers are on perfect and tight im not sure where the leak is coming from.

You need to do a boost leak test to determine where your leak is at. Also having a boost leak will make your turbo work harder then it has to. So take it easy until you fix your leaks.

i hear ya on the boost leak test.

I actually fixed it and believe it or not it was the AirBox this still makes no sense to me.

can anyone explain?

I saw a thread from 03 talking about it and sure enough that was the problem but i dont see how something before the turbo could cause a boost leak.
