price wise the knock off is better, qualitywise the real deal is alot better. i just recently screwed my authentic jdm rear up abit so i toke it off, sold it for about $400 cash plus i got insurance money i ended up picking up a new jdm rear.

I had a Do-Luck replica c/f lip that fit perfect and looked great. Got it for less than half of what the original was. Not a fan of knock-offs but not all are POS

Personally, I'd buy authentic from driveline. I'd rather not worry about the possibility of paying much more than I planned on by buying a replica that had poor fit/finish. It's taking a chance when you buy replicas sometimes... Are you a gambler?

replicas are mass produced most of the time and not test fitted. best to go with the authentic product and enjoy the beauty of real clean/nice CF

i agree. when you buy a knockoff, you are taking a chance with fitment.

Of course. I don't see how there's even a debate with an available factory part. Can't afford one? Then buy a used (factory) VIII/USDM rear clip, but don't bastardize the car solely for the sake of a look.
