Question about tightening wastegate arm/ possible issues

Hey everyone, I put a new set up on my car that involved a 63mm housing FP red turbo with a forge wastegate actuator. I went and got the car tuned and it was rattling from the wastegate flap because the arm wasn't tight enough to hold the flap down at idle! I fixed the problem by adjusting the arm with the screw and it stopped the leak. But now I have major back spool from the turbo even at regular driving time and at high boost! I do have a Forge recirculating adjustable blowoff on the car! Now my question is does tightening the wastegate arm have any reason for the car to have back spool? And if it does, what should I do to fix this problem? Also, if I mess with the blowoff valve will it ruin the tune that is in the car? Any feedback will be much appreciated, thanks

Compressor surge due to the smaller compressor housing...FP has since come out with the 84mm to combat the surge problem

this is backspool that I'm getting, not really surging, I hear some surging up top, but backspool at very low rpm and barely stepping on it! Any other ideas? Suggestions?

Next step i'd take then is adjusting the bpv...and no it won't mess with the tune any...unless it begins to leak and throwing off the afr...due to all the air not getting to where it needs to...

so considering that it is backspooling a ****load, meaning that the blowoff valve spring is too tight, your suggesting that I should just keep lowering it and making it softer and see what happens!
