Having owned both for quite some time, I am going to have to disagree 100%. This statement is almost silly. The Evo is jarring over pavement irregularities. It handles like a demon on smooth pavement, but is harsh otherwise. The STi is much more compliant, absorbing bumps far better. Of course, there is a handling trade off here.
