** Uncle Sam has called so its time for a ROAD TRIP**
Well a few weeks ago I got a call from my Lt. Col. Stating that I have orders for school and if i want them, well hell I have been waiting over 2 years for this school like hell if I didnt take them.
I am leaving This coming Fri/Sat 12/3-4 and begin my haul with the EVO.
Trip will begin here in Los Angeles and make my way up to Barstow,Ca and take the 40 most of the way across passing thru Flagstaff,AZ Albuequerue NM then to Wichita Falls, Tx. Come Mid Spring ill have to head to Little Rock, AK for some additional training then head my way all the way back home.
since the call was recieved i have done a few things to ensure a fun and safe trip along the way.
91/E85 tune By Rick@Rallinspired
BC 272 cams
RC 1000
fresh oil change
fresh trans/t-case/diff fluids
New Timingbelt,balance shaft,main seal, cam seals, sepertine belt.
Today she will be getting some new shoes for the trip as well as the RPF's will be gone today.
I will be snaping pictures along the way to have later on and to share you everyone.
this is my first cross country venture.
heres my route
and here is Nikki ready for her trip
it will be a cold and supposedly snowy time in texas from what I am told so lets see how that goes LOL

well i set out this morning on my roadtrip to Texas. Taped up the front end to keep the nicks down to a minimum. so far the drive was better then i expected. i arrived here in Flagstaff,AZ not too long ago and man its COLD.
all wrapped up and ready
since im running my 91 map now man look at the price in needles,ca
filling her up
my view all day lol
crossing into AZ.
then arriving to the INN in flagstaff,AZ i find this in the parking lot. man its cold.

well since the loving ANG didnt submit my wavier i have to go to school for Crew Chief for c130. Mind you i had 8 years active duty experiance working on 2 aircraft platforms as a Aviation structual Mechanic in the Navy. so i will be basically baby sitting the booters.
all good tho i dont mind the per diem, BAH
