VIII vs IX starter?
What is the differance between the VIII and IX starters for the big price differance? Also will a VIII starter fit a IX? Thanks for any info

i do believe there the same, i can't see why the starters would be any different, if the non mivec and movec are not directly interacting with the part in question they should both be interchangeable like evo 8 intake mani and exhaust mani's being able to fit on an evo 9. If i'm wrong then someone chime in please, but i do believe both starters should fit.

Thanks! Thats what i thought but i just found them for sale new and the IX was $200 more so just making sure the VIII will fit.
