It's the stock clutch, im picking out a new clutch soon because it is starting to slip. just need one that can handle stock-350 hp since im not going to heavily mod it until i pay it off.

That may be part of your problem. I had the same problem with my stock clutch, it was not slipping bad, but it was on its way. The TOB had become audibile at idle and such. My car would creep on cold starts. As soon as I got the new clutch, the car did not roll anymore.

The OP is talking about when the car is in neutral. In neutral it does not matter what the clutch does or does not do. No gear is engaged. Instead, stiff oil is transferring motion from the primary to secondary shaft in the transmission.
