front end steering/ scraping?

ok ive been searching ALOT the last few days! and i'm comming up with next to nothing! so i apologize PROFUSELY if this CAN be found and im just too retarded to find it myself! *IF ANYBODY*!!! can point me in the right direction, or even give me some opinions... it would be hugely appreciated

here's my problem... I'm up in canada, lots of snow.. naturally im driving my 04 evo GSR for winter driving.. and as you can imagine.. of course im gonna have some fun in those empty parking lots....

when i start into a more hard turn in.. (seems left OR right) im getting a very alarming scraping sound from the front end??? sounds almost like a hollow .. we'll say ehaust pipe is being briskly dragged over ashphalt... but its from my steering somewhere.. ive checked the clearance in the wheel wells.. im good.. i actually had the suspension raised up (megan tracks) and alligned etc. from my mitsu dealership specifically for the winter season. Also i have NO snow or ice build up in the wells either, that was my next thought. ... ANY IDEAS??? if i were to estimate.. id say it starts at about .. 60%.. turned in .. and its deff. noticable. my friend heard it the other night standing in the parking lot... needless to say he was also concerened.

other then that (and a rear bearing going... AGAIN) the car handles, drives, and feels completely fine. i can't even find a "rubbed" area to more or less zero in on the weirdness. any help is appreciated.. thanks guys.

also if it helps/makes any diff... im running on stock rims, stock winter rubber.. only thing that is stock in THAT department is the coilovers... and i can't in all honesty see that making.. that particular sound...

Check for ice buildup on your control arms as well? Does it make the noise when you're not moving?

no noises when i'm not moving.. steering wheel moves back and forth no prob. just when i try and put it into an easy slide (its winter here.. looots of snow of course) i get that ungodly sound. it almost sounds as if the control arm has fallen off heh but i go take a look under and everything checks out.

however.. a new discovery.. i went and took another look underneath... theres a piece of plastic that comes from the front bumper.. and bolts close to the oil pan area? i see no bolt. now this piece isnt hanging dangerously, or even close to causing any harm in any sense.. but im wondering.. under those streering conditions.. if theres just the PERFECT situation happening, and that piece is actually clicking against the steering assembly? i'm not overly sure... but i will look into it... even though it sounds more metallic then plastic when i hear that sound heh worth a shot none the less.

Could be a set of tireD brembos...
My evo 7 steered to the right really bad by herself, because one of the pistons wasn't moving freely, and randomly scraped one pad against the rotor making a vector of force. Once it unbinds, the car goes the other way as well...

Best way to test is to pick a even piece of road, let go of the wheel and accelarate/brake a couple of times to dead stop. If you'll see a tendency in the steering wheel's movement, you know it either the brakes or geometry)))

she moves straight as an arrow under acceleration, deceleration, no hands on the wheel. BUT FML another discovery ive made... while the sound comes from steering either way.. ive noticed its ONLY when im actually on the gas! ..... this could be bad... any ideas? drive shafts? front diff? ... the sound KIND OF makes sense now with this discovery.. sounds kind of like gears skipping teeth? ****.
