Local parts distributor (for OE parts) has the SE lip listed as only coming in Weightless White, but every reference I find of the color it ships in is Wicked White. Which is it? Their site even explicitly states that if you have a Wicked White car, it wont match 100%, but will be hard to notice a difference.

OEM SE lips only come in weightless white. If you try to put on a weightless white lip on a wicked white, it will be noticebly different. Wicked white is brighter.

no, you'll have to buy it and get it painted.

 

Or you can get lucky and buy one from a evo with a SE lip from the factory

 

I don't believe there were any WW SEs or MR SEs produced. None that I've seen anyway. As long as your car has seen sunlight on a semi regular basis the discrepancy between the weightless white and wicked white wont be terribly pronounced. I have an SE lip (weightless white) and couldn't notice the difference if you asked me. Neither has anyone else. If you'd like I can take a pic.

 

You could just get a carbon fiber one if you don't want to paint it..

 

The reason why they only come in White is because its primer white. The lip comes primered and you have to paint it to match your car. It because Mitsu is cutting costs on older model parts.

 

deylag was correct. That's because it's primered. Friend's SE lip is in apex silver.

 

The one they sell on mitsubishiparts.net, is that the SE lip? I can't really tell by the picture they posted on the site.

Are there any other places to get a SE lip? Preferably painted already.
