Insurance screwing, how much for salvage?

Damn that sucks. I never knew it snowed that much in nevada. If she hit u shouldn her insurance be the one handing out the money to fix that? If not I would sue.

Find a Lawyer and explain to him the situation you should be able to keep your car and receive money for the accident.

They wouldn't budge on the salvage value. Apparently the salvage company can make profit all day on that purchase price. So I got my insurance company involved. They are picking up the claim, no deductable, no penalty, they just handle it and then backcharge Farmers with a much more reasonable salvage buy back price.... I don't have the check in hand yet though. Cross your fingers.

There is not much you can do. My ex totaled his car and the insurance company wouldnt pay anything extra for the mods, but when we went to buy it back they wanted to charge extra for the parts!! They gave us stock WRX wagon price but than wanted to charge us over 15K to buy it back. Where is the car located? He put his car back to stock before they took to back.
