Like CAD EVO said above, keep the boost under 25psi, and I'd suggest reducing the rev limiter (to maybe 7K), and ask your tuner to keep torque in check (to maybe a max of 350).
Still got a lot of miles left on that motor/car. Treat it right, maintain it well, and it will serve you faithfully.

Yes sir, I would do the exact same thing. Send the whole drivetrain off (Jacks, TRE, or Shep), and the suspension would have to up to par as well.

honestly, at the mileage you have NO reason not to build the motor. In a sense its and investment for the future. Send the block in (while its in tact) as a core, and get yourself an inexpensive build. For instance, jackstransmissions.com has really cheap options for building your motor. If i was in your shoes, that is absolutely the route i would take.
