Car stalled and won't start!
Hey, I moved my car out of the driveway in the morning and it started right up and I parked it in the street and shut it off real quick! I went out in the afternoon and tried to start it up and it started and ran rough and then died! so I tried to start it up again and heard a little pop and the battery died soon after a couple of cranks ( I have a small race battery in the car). So I had to get a jump. I jumped it and it would just crank and not turn over! In the summer I had an issue that I burnt my plug that connects to the fuel pump out and got a new sending unit and that fixed it! I really hope its not that same thing! what do you guys think and ideas? What would cause the plug inside the sending unit to burn out like it did in the past also?

Well maybe a stock pump is quiet I don't really know how much louder a 255 is but I can most deffantly hear my pump prime when I turn the key on and u should too. I mean it could be a lot of different things. crank sensor which would cause somewhat of a misfire if it wasn't reading the crank rotation correctlyand wouldn't allow the car to start obviously. But yea if u had other issues reguarding the sending unit harness I would ur fuel lines once u turn the key onand if nothing pull the tank out to ensure proper operation of the pump or ur gonna spend a bunch of hours checkin random things that could be wrong.
