Looking for the owner of this Evo IX
I believe his name is Chan Zhou of Boston.

I was accidentally sent a very nice plaque of this car when I ordered another as a Christmas gift. The company who made the plaque told me to throw it away. I would rather give it to the owner rather than waste it.

This is the photo from the article that ran in Super Street, August 2008.

I have that super street issue, according to the info there, owner's name is Chan Zao, from Quincy, MA. Hopefully someone knows him and you can send him the plaque that's very cool of you OP. Good luck.
