burned and melted? the piston heads could be wiped clean from the carbon build up and they would look like brand new.. there isn't even a mark on the top of them.. number 4 looks like the day it came in on the pallet after being worked on by Buschur.. absolute perfection.

sorry to hear about what happened, but I'm glad to hear about so I know how long buschur blocks are lasting. i wouldn't expect anything less from buschur though. call me a fan boy or what ever u will, but BUSCHUR POWER!!!

Did you wipe the piston tops after pulling the head? If not, that is very clean for pump!
Very impressive to see a built motor go 70k (@3Xpsi on a 37R on pump!), certainly a testament to the quality of the BR motors..
