why do you need a vented filler cap?

search Hal's oil cap, don't think hes a vendor or anything, just a random guy that makes parts that work, probably just have to find him on a forum and shoot him a PM to purchase one....

Found this, not EVO but turbo related.
Learned that the pcv can freeze winter time too.
