this is the ultimate license plate device.

these brackets are universal and can be clipped on underneath the evo x (or any lancer) bumper.

Ziptie it on there. IMO I would not drill into the dash.. Or velcro it onto the winsheild.

it looks cool and all.....but the time it takes you install this and money you put into it isn't worth it IMO I think not having a front plate is like a $40 ticket here in CT and if you plead not guilty they could prob. dismiss it
