BR Fabricated intake manifold or Magnus V5

Hey guys im kinda thinking of going to a bigger intake manifold ten just a stock ported as i want to make a lot of power on pump gas so i just wanted to hearfrom people what they think of both manifolds. One reason i dont like the Magnus is ill have to buy new upper i/c piping and it doesnt have all the provisions that the BR manifold has for all the fittings and etc... Please chime in as i havent seen many people using the BR intake manifold.

I attempted to buy the BR IM for my car to try to be different but the lead time to get one was crazy so I canned my order and went with the AMS F1 spec.. I was able to use my UPIC as-is and didn't need to re-do it and it worked really good. Easy install as well.

Im sure its not bad, when I install the AMS F-1 on my tuners car(4doorbullit) I had to cut the UICP on both side maybe,.. 2-3 inches. wasnt bad. And who cares if you have to cut it to make it fit, less piping.

cuz i change my setups so rapidly that id want something that is fabricated by a shop so it can be resold you know and ive been doing a lot of research today on the magnus v5 and ets makes a 3" upper i/c pipe for it which is really appealing!!!

If this intake is for the IX I would go with BR. A lot of modifications are needed to have the Magnus one fit a IX properly.

FWIW we use Driven Innovations on all our big build cars and there is no need to modify the intercooler piping for it to fit. The TB is almost in the exact same location. We stock those as well as the Buschur. While we havent had the chance to use the BR unit on anything i am sure it is a good manifold as well. We are also testing a new manifold from Golden Eagle as well that seems to be very very promising and should be done doing back to back testing this weekend
