I have no problem. My girlfriend drives a Mini Cooper S daily, so she understands I guess.

She's also been in the car with me when I've scraped my lip exiting parking lots and such. So yeah, she really understands, haha.

My wife taught me how to drive stick, she did so on the evo we bought together. Of course I let her drive it. The stock clutch was about gone when we got it and of course I finished it off, that was 3 years ago though.

She has not driven it since I have done some of the mods though so I am not sure how she would react to the new performance, but she still has to option to drive it when she chooses. She does though realize that it is seen as my car and nothing is done to it that I do not want done to it.

Yup. No one is above getting chewed the F out. Just think of how your dad would have reacted if it were his car and you were the driver.

I would ... except she can't drive stick and I don't really want to teach her on the Evo. Her dad has an old Honda sitting around that she refuses to drive because it's "not cool"...

Actually single at the moment (NICE), but I would have to say no - seeing how she could handle my stock clutch in my 93 Si Hatch, Excedy 2 would be horrific. Could possibly be different with future relations, but doubtful.
