ive been noticing a "thump" thump" noise coming from the front right tire. seems like when there is un even pavement or a bump it makes it. also when i raise my car from the right side, as im raising it the strut lifts up and the same noise goes on.

Any advice or suggestions on how to fix this problem?? thanks
