4g63 crankwalk is exagerated. Put in the correct clutch or specifically a pressure plate without excessive clamp load;

Is this a new law? The reason I ask is that there have been other threads on here where people are importing eights and nines into Canada supposedly no problem.

No the law has been around for quite a while. You can get 8s and 9s in but its actually illegal. You have to declare them as a show car or track car to get through customs, but a lot of insurers in some provinces dont require the customs forms to plate the car.
