well its really tough to explain and i only notice it cause i been driving the car for 6 months...its like this...when i get in start up everything is cool...same idle and all...then when i start from 1st at a stop, it spools up fast...and i'm not stomping it the whole time...just normal agressive acceleration mostly...but when i shift at 4500k to 2nd, it goes immediately back to 4500 then i have to shift again to 3rd and it goes immediately to 4500-5k...then i shift to 4th and its a couple seconds...like 2...before i require 5th...its like its going alot faster for some reason...not that i'm complaining, but its weird...and i am scared something could be going out in the turbo or clutch maybe...or if its not, and its just how its breaking into, then its going to kill my gas intake...i'm going to go broke on gas bills...either that or accelerate really slowly...like barely even push the gas peddle...

edit: oh i just broke 8k miles also...basically, it seems really really sensitive to acceleration now...i mean normally i would be extremely happy with the horsey attitude of it, but it hasnt been like this in the past...like before i could "feel" the spool up from about 3k to about 5k when the next spool is kicking in...now its all so fast its like one spool to 5k...

Maybe your clutch is slipping? If the car revs up real easy/quickly without a corresponding increase in speed, it is clutch slip.

Does the car seem FASTER? If not, I'd put money that it is your clutch slipping.
