There's one nicely tuned Evo 8 running at around 350 whp, going on the regular internals, just uprated the turbos, intercooler, exhaust, air induction as well as using a HKS F-Con V Pro engine mgt system. It has great road handling as well as it being used as an everyday car. Minimal turbo lag as well as still having a great engine response. I guess 350 whp should translate to around 400 + hp at the flywheel.

Al of Dynoflash put down over 400 whp on pump gas. Buschur is expecting 475 whp out of their soon-to-be-released turbo upgrade for the Evo.

I don't know what you mean by streetable..

IMO, I think if you have 700HP and got enough money to maintain the car , then you can use it daily no problem ..

Maybe just boost it down a lottle so you don't have hard lunches at every signal.. Hehehe..

I don't think putting power down is a big concern with an AWD car. As for the most streetable most of the tuners have shop cars running high/mid 11's on stock internals and turbo.

Why not? AMS just put down 551 HP at the wheels on STOCK INTERNALS running race gas.
