Most "streetable" whp achieved in an evo VIII to date
just wondering what some "higher" hp evo's on stock engines are putting down steetably...and when i say streetably i am talking about having traction in 3rd and up...

There's one nicely tuned Evo 8 running at around 350 whp, going on the regular internals, just uprated the turbos, intercooler, exhaust, air induction as well as using a HKS F-Con V Pro engine mgt system. It has great road handling as well as it being used as an everyday car. Minimal turbo lag as well as still having a great engine response. I guess 350 whp should translate to around 400 + hp at the flywheel.

I don't know what you mean by streetable..
IMO, I think if you have 700HP and got enough money to maintain the car , then you can use it daily no problem ..
Maybe just boost it down a lottle so you don't have hard lunches at every signal.. Hehehe..
