car won't start.

Went back out to my car today and all it would do is make one single click. The engine wouldn't try to crank over. Checked fuses and battery voltage. Voltage was 12.03 without attempting to start. 11.56 while. I think my starter might have gone out? what do you all think?

could be the starter, the power connection to the starter can be a possibility as well. Wasted my money last time to change out the starter when it was in fact a connection problem.

get a hammer and give a few good solid wacks at it. see if it frees the starter up.
