BTW 28000 OTD HAS TO BE BS, BECAUSE EVEN AT INVOICE PRICE(WHICH I CAN'T EVEN GET, EMPLOYEES CAN BUY AT 100 OVER INVOICE), THERES TAX, LICENSING, AND DESTINATION CHARGE MAKING IT OVER 29000
