I have a call in about the belts today, I still have not got an answer but am having trouble getting emails from the company for some reason. I hope to post an answer today.

Would make a cool camera mount bar. I personally would not use it to run harnesses without roll over protection.

Harnesses hold you in the seat much better than a seat belt. The purpose of harness bars are so you can use harnesses for auto crossing, road racing etc so you stay in the seat. I guess if you don't need to stay in your seat you could choose to skip it.
