you NEED to run the evo 6 radiator... no way around it. eBay has em for around $200

Op, post up some pics, I want to see how close that bad-boy gets. Also, would it be worth it to get a set of some SAMCO hoses? Do they deflect the heat a bit better?

Like mentioned above, there are other shorter route rads that have a straight rad pipe more far away from the manifold. Also you can get the stainless steel rad hoses available as well.

I'm about to pop on an invidia exhaust manifold in the for sale section. The dude selling says he has a coolant hose that will fit around the manifold. Can this be? Everyone on this thread seems to say that I need an entirely new radiator to run this invidia ramhorn twinscroll manifold?

The add is titled "bunch of evo 8 performance parts."

Thanks.

Here what you can do. Cut about half inch off each end and kinda pull it to make it fit and use band clamps to hold it on. It's a temp fix/work around. You child do a half rad or the evo 4 5 6 rad. But you can get away with temp fix for awhile

Thanks for the advice but I'm really looking for a long term solution. He claims to have a radiator pipe that will fit around it. Does this seem right?
