Key issues

So heres my dilemma, I bought an '05 VIII and had it shipped to me. The car has one key and one key only. No remote & no spare. Its also missing the trunk lock cause the previous owner traded out trunks (cf back to stock) and didnt replace the truck lock. So what are my options for getting a new key and remote without paying hundred of $'s to the dealer?

Im thinking this:

What are my options for a trunk lock? Can I get one that will fit the key I have?

You can buy a new truck lock from your dealer or RussellM (Vendor on here) and it comes with a blank key.

Just take that trunk lock to your local locksmith and have him re-key it for your one and only key...

Just have a back up ride for the time your key is with the smith.

I'd suggest getting a second key regardless if you have to pay $$$ for it.
