clutch question for evo9 exedy hd twin disk

the clutch was a little messed up when i got it, its an exedy hd twin disk, car is making 500hp, its slipping really bad, everytime i hit about 4k its just revs up real quick, and slips, im wondering if a rebuild kit would be able to fix this, or am i going to have to buy a whole new clutch?

Exedy makes a kit to upgrade a twin disc to a triple disc. I would look into that.
