Hard to Shift at High RPM's

I am having the same exact problem, this weekend I will replace the shifter bushings and adjust the pedal...WTF
A shop told me it might be time to change the clutch but it does not slip so I do not see why would I...

Do you have launch control set up? If you do, disable it through ecu flash. Go to a flat paved area, hold the clutch all the way down with the car in first gear. Now rev the car up to around 6.5k to 7k, if the car creeps forward at all you have clutch drag. You need to have your clutch pedal adjusted outwards to give it more throw. Also you don't want it adjusted out too far otherwise there will be constant pressure on your TOB which will cause your clutch disc to start to slip prematurely.

I guess I need to adjust it a bit. I have an ACT clutch.

ACT has been known to have high rpm lockout. They are very sensitive to the clutch adjustments I remember awhile back some shop on here would adjust it for free for you if you had an ACT clutch and were local. I'm putting my money on that you need to give your clutch pedal more throw by adjusting it.

im having the same issue. it grinds when i go into 4th and 5th almost every time and it will not go into gear over 6500 rpm's, also kinda notchy. I have adjusted the clutch pedal a little more out because the "catch point" was 1" away from firewall. its about 1/2 way now. I also bled the clutch and got some air but not too much. AND i STILL get the grinding and the lockout over 6500 rpm's. my plan is to get the under hood shifter bushing and if that dosnt fix it im gonna be pretty angry due to the fact when i bought the car i was told it had a "comeptition clutch" installed 10-20k mi before i bought it

Get a 1 piece SS braided clutch line, It does wonders for aftermarket clutches.
I've gone 40k on my act hdss. On occasion I would get locked out, but since installing the clutch line I have had nothing but great results. It's relatively cheap too.
