Try MAP Performance. Should be able to get the spring from them. Worst case scenario, call Tial and order one.

Sounds like a BOV issue, like they said I'd change the spring, but the part throttle thing might be in the tuning. However over time I've just noticed what my car likes and doesn't like. Every evo is like a child and has it's certain things it doesn't like haha.

I had the same problem with my TiAL 50mm...it ended up being the spring. I think I had the 11psi spring (non colored). I switched to the 9psi (white spring) and it corrected any instance of flutter that I was experiencing.

Just be aware that when you go with a lighter spring, your idling will not be as smooth. My rpm's used to drop from 800 to like 200 and the car would almost stall....I had the car retuned and have since had the rpm's turned up to 1,000 at idle to eliminate any stalling.

Best of luck bro,

Danny

x2... my car flutters when i half throttle it also, so ive just decided im either WOT or babying it lol.. my flutter is all because of my HKS SSQV BOV though

Get a lower spring. I had the smae issue, swapped to a lower spring rate, and its 100 times better.
