problems with drivetrain possibly?
Okay I have an issue im not sure what it is but im about to give up people. Okay here goes i turn the wheel either all the way to the left or to the right not in the locked position and i dont get any rub but the car feels like it catches onto something.
It drives straight with no problems and goes in reverse with no problems when the wheel is straight no issues when I turn the wheel thats when I have issues. Can anyone tell me whats going on binding axles? bad rotor or bad drivetrain? any takers?

One way to find is to pull the filler bolt out and see if you can see inside with a flash light.
If you can't see inside than you have an LSD.
Now thats just from my experience, it takes me alot longer to refill my transfercase.

Okay but from a slow roll like parking and i turn the wheel and move the car just seizes up like im being held in position until i turn the wheel stright then its no problem but when i turn the wheel its back to the hold up again.

I'm not a specialist on this but it sounds like the differential is shot.
If you continue to drive it you might just destroy the transfer case.
DO NOT drive it anymore until you get a hold of a transmission shop like TRE and talk with Jon.
I had him rebuild my drive train and he did a great job, and he's very knowledgeable.

definitely one of your differentials is locked. i had the same thing happen on my subaru (93 legacy, don't hate) before i sold it, was like driving a truck in 4wd, car did fine normally but hated turns for the most part, and definitely hated tight turns

Im a by the book owner when it comes to my cars I only use the reccommended fluids especially when it comes to these cars. I was told it was the differentials unfortunately. How much should it cost for labor just to swap eithe rthe front or the rear diff out for a rebuild. Just for the labor to swap it out not for the repairs?

So, does that mean you have diaqueen in the rear diff?
The reason I ask is because these clutch type differentials are picky about lubrication. I used to drive a rear wheel drive car with LSD and I decided to use a different brand of gear oil. After a fifty mile run on the interstate, when I came to my exit I couldn't turn. At the next exit I slowed down and cranked the wheel hard. The rear axle let go with a loud bang. There wasn't anything wrong except not enough friction modifier in the lube. I'd hate to have you spend money on something that doesn't need fixing.
