Should i buy a Megan Manifold

I had one and it cracked right down the middle in less than 10k miles. Had the stock one ported and didn't notice a difference in power although now I don't have to worry about it falling apart. It was a pain to replace the manifold in my driveway. So even if it were free I wouldn't want to go through the trouble of swapping it out every time it cracked.
Stock doesn't look pretty? Spend $100 on a Arc heat shield and you wont have to look at it.

so are there any aftermarket manifolds for stock turbos besides the megan? Are they worth it? Or if you're already going to spend that money is it best to just save some more and go with a full turbo kit?

On the stock turbo you'll see minimal gains with an aftermarket exhaust manifold, and the good quality ones are pretty expensive. Better off spending your money elsewhere. Check out this thread.

You should also contact AWD, they have killer deals on Buschur ported mani's, and they won't cost an arm or leg. If you got the time, may want to get your intake and exhaust ported at the same time. My results from my intake manifold, outperformed my exhaust manifold.
