This is going to sound weird but my dream EVO is just simple bolt ons like TBE and intercooler and tune. And a HD street clutch. A nice streetable car with tasteful mods that can beat 95% of what's out there.

I'm almost there actually. I just need some badass 18 in wheels, a fully built drivetrain, a CF Rear Diffuser and some misc parts for the engine =) Took me 4 years though.

2003 RR VIII with around 375-400whp, 380tq, blacked out headlights, JDM tails, CF wrapped hood, roof, and trunk, and the rest of the car wrapped in a sky blue color. Black 18 inch Rota G-Force for DD, and stock MR BBS wheels for the track.

I would have to completely strip and prepare the unibody, powder coat the subframes, build the suspension up with uprated bushings, ball joints, t-ends, quality hardware, have a pro set up the geometry/ spring rates+ valving for custom Penske dampers, AP racing brakes. Fresh Shep driveline with all the options, several different motors incuding the billet aluminum block and fancy internals from Spyros, a range of bespoke turbos, complete re-wire with mil-spec connectors + loom, Motec engine management, digital dash, sensors and DAQ. I would fabricate the majority of the remaining exterior panels and underhood plumbing, interior work would include custom dash, flat panel displays, re-upolstered black suede and perf leather OEM seats, a dozen or so sets of wheels and tires. Exterior paint, would be white with matte black film wrap, engine bay would be light grey epoxy, underside would have full flat-bottom rally protection. I could easily envision a million dollar street evo built to top level motorsports spec + some added silliness just to make the guys that drive Zondas and Mclarens jealous...
This is what I see every night when I close my eyes to sleep.

I'd make an exotic killer. One set-up for the twisties and highway pulls.
Built motor 2.3L
Built shep or TRE transmission
Huge turbo
Corner balancing
Gutted with a cage
Stock appearance on the outside and under the hood
Coilovers
Now, I'm just tracking the **** out of the car and enjoying it for what it is.

I'm tempted to say a 6.5, but I've never driven one and I'm pretty frucking happy with my IX. So, my dream Evo would be a RR IX SE with a super-duper (lightweight) sunroof that sits 500lbs lighter at the curb. Too much? Then just a RR IX SE.

I would say just give me Davids BadBish and call it good. Its performance is exactly what i would want, and super clean tastefull inside and out.
So if money was no object i would go give him a check for it that he couldnt refuse
