Just wanted to make sure there were no bubble's. I called shep trans and he said that somethings not right. He said there is a seal on the pinion that probably got hot and melted. So i think ill be sending out my unit. Im screwed. I officially hate the ACD transfer cases in the evo's. Its a stupid waste of money. Shep said that Mitsubishi screwed up alot with these things.

Yes, some people do.....

I do not and tell all of my customers to go to the dealer as burning out an ACD pump is over $1,600 IIRC

Exactly why I made sure my scantool does it before I bought it.

I'll agree the ACD isn't perfect, but it is super trick... and with trick comes a higher risk of failure. It could be worse, you could own a VR-4.
