I don't see why you couldn't. I've heard that if you do you have to let the plasti dip fully cure then paint over it. If you don't wait (~24 hours) then the paint could and probably will crack and flake.

I like Plastidip, but the one thing that sucks is that if you use painters tape or whatever to tape off the area that you're painting, and you let it dry on the tape, when you go to peel the tape off the Plastidip will go with it because the way it sticks to stuff. Just have an exacto knife on hand when untaping.
