Yea I messed up- when our Dyno PC crashed almost 2 weeks ago we called everyone on the calendar to notify them on cancellations. For some reason your appointment wasn't on our online calendar (I think I may have forgotten to click save!!)
Your friend called me at 9:45 and I told him I screwed up! And that I would take 100$ off the price of your tune when we reschedule!
Totally my fault! Very sorry! We will make it right!

Chad. Just call me today so we can reschedule. I may be able to take off this Friday if you can fit me in. If not, then we can try Saturday again.
